Our Chief Winemaker, Peter Bauer, has worked at Dromana Estate over the last 10 years.

We have benefited from his wealth of knowledge and innovative winemaking skills. Peter meticulously crafts the ever popular Mornington Peninsula varietals, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, along with other materials associated with our coastal & cool climate weather conditions.
